I’m not sure if others experience the same but with me it’s often either nothing or everything. There’s rarely a happy medium between having too many client projects or work at the same time and wondering if my email is working, how come I haven’t heard from anyone for quite awhile.
But even outside of work I encounter the same dilemma: either our phone is silent for days or ringing off the hook all day; either nobody is visiting us for weeks or our doors don’t close from everyday guests.
I’ve been interviewed only once before for a group interview in IT Manager’s journal on FOSS consulting. When all of sudden last week I was interviewed twice for two different blogs.
Another side of Universe
First I was approached by Jen Duguay, the founder of Tazzu - a very popular Vancouver Business, Technology, and Research Networking Community Forum - to be featured in Tazzu blog’s Member’s Spotlight. So if you want to find out a little bit more about me, my work, my family and finally see a bigger picture of me than the one on my about page, head over to VG Universe - Vivien’s world! article on Tazzu blog.
Amazing Bit
When I read David Peralty’s call over at Blogging Pro for unknown Amazing Bloggers, I sent an email to him more out of curiosity to see whether my blog gets any notice. To my surprise I got an email back from David, notifying that he’ll be profiling me in his series and asked me a few interview questions. Today I was astonished to learn that I’m his first feature on Amazing Blogger: Vivien of Inspiration Bit.
So here you go - two more peaks behind the scenes of Inspiration Bit :-)

Thanks for the update on Vivien’s world. First thing I noticed about the picture was the tourquois (sp). Somehow I had managed to never visit your design website, but now I have.

Life’s a bit like buses really… you can wait around for ages for one and then two come along at once.
Congrats on the interviews.

Wonderful! I’m glad you linked to those articles. You are one beautiful lady, inside and out! :D

haha, Joey, see - I wasn’t lying about my obsession with turquoise :-)
Thanks, Aaron. You got it absolutely right with the bus metaphor.
oh, Lauren, it’s very nice of you to say so - thank you :-)

Congratulations, Vivien, both interviews are great. I was happy to read more about you, and I think that picture of yours is wonderful. Well done!
