Matt Mullenweg, the genius behind WordPress, has kindly agreed for an interview with Inspiration Bit. I’ve already prepared 12 questions, and decided to give my readers a chance to ask Matt what would you like to know about him.
Please, post your questions here by March 29 and I’ll pick 3-4 best ones and include in my interview. I will even mention your name with a link to your site. Consider it being an early prize from Inspiration Bit
Thanks. Look forward to getting your questions.
Update: unfortunately despite his initial agreement Matt Mullenweg never sent me his answers to my interview questions.

Last week I’ve announced that I’ll be participating in the Reader Appreciation Week and give away prizes to my loyal readers. I was trying to decide on what kind of prizes should I give away, and decided that since I’m not making any money with my blog, my prizes will be non-monetary as well. I hope that this decision won’t turn you away from my blog and cause you to lose any interest in it. After all, some things are priceless, and that’s what I’ll be giving away here - priceless prizes
Today I’m announcing the First contest…

Many sites were based on a couple of similar Content Management System, so they had the same navigation and main features. But I did come across some really fascinating “photofolios”. Obviously, computers became very significant in our lives. We rely on computers for many things that only a decade ago we never suspected we’ll be using for: socializing, reading, studying, researching, playing games, shopping, making reservations, planning trips, house hunting and much more. They’re convenient, helpful, although addictive and often time consuming. So how many of you would be willing to Shut down your computers on Friday night and not turn them on until Sunday? Will you go unplugged all day on March 24th?

I’m in a process of migrating my website to a new server within the same hosting company. Recently there were some issues with the old server that were causing my site to go offline for some short periods of time. I’ve already pointed my site to the new Name Servers, so tomorrow Inspiration Bit should go back to normal mode.

Many blog owners are feverishly promoting their blogs, spending money on advertising and marketing. They’re so engrossed in numbers: number of people commenting on their blogs, number of RSS subscribers, number of visitors, number of other sites linking to them, the income that their blogs generate and so on, that they fail to recognize who make their blogs popular, who promote their blogs more than the owners do - very often they forget to thank the readers.
